Congratulations to Derek Morris and Alex Cook, who were both graded recently by Marcello Brigadiero of Team Kaobon.
Alex was awared his Orange belt and Derek his White.

Alex went over to train with the legend Billy Robinson and Scientific Wrestling Owner Jake Shannon in Utah. And was awarded the Level 1 Coaches Certificate.
Alex also had the pleasure of meeting and training with David Hart-Smith, or Harry Smith to non WWE fans.

Unfortunatley for Lee Conway, after multiple opponent changes, the intended opponent never even turned up!!
Very unprofessional behaviour leaving a fully prepared Lee very frustrated after weeks of preparation.

Alan Thompson and Alex Cook fought White Collar Boxing on Friday 17th April.

The Ranch was like a scene from an old western movie based down on a campsite in Lytham near Blackpool.

Alan fought Brian the Bull in an exhibition match and Alex fought Paul Drago (Russia) in a heavyweight bout.

Alex got the win by Ref's decision, and just for the record, the guy was 15 1/2 stone lol! Hopefully have a Youtube link up soon.

• 12.20pm Questions and Answers.
