HYBRID MMA SCHOOL

Hybrid MMA is coached by Craig Strickland and Alex Cook. Together they have trained and competed against some of the greatest practitioners of Martials Arts from around the world.

• Craig is Brown Belt Judo under BJA Association, and Brown Belt Karate under Iain Abernethy, and has trained with Geof Thompson and Peter Consterdine of British Combat Association, to name a few.

Alex is Level 1 Scientific Wrestling Coach Certified under Billy Robinson and Jake Shannon, Orange Belt Lute Livre under Marcello Brigadiero Head Coach of Team Kaobon, and a Yellow Belt Judo under BJA Association.

Both have been competing for over 10 years in various forms of martial arts including Judo, Karate, Boxing, Thai Boxing, Submission Grappling and MMA.
Their aim is to pass on their knowledge to those that want to learn it.

Nothing works perfect all the time... You got to practice, practice, then practice some more. Nothing worthwhile comes easy....
